    Constant wattage heating cables coated with polymer:

    Heating conductors coated with polymer are for use in operating temperatures
    up to 180°C where a high chemical resistance is required or for use in very long heating circuits.

    Thimm Therm PTFE

    • Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) – sheathed industrial heating conductor
    • Chemical resistance to almost all acids and alkalis
    • Highest permitted temperature (constantly): up to 260°C

    Constant wattage heating cable mineral insulated are for use in high operating
    temperatures or for use where there may be high temperatures which are triggered by processes.

    • Mineral insulated and with stainless steel sheathed (1.4541) industrial heating conductor
    • High chemical resistance
    • Highest permitted temperature (constantly): up to 400°C
    • Recommended highest heating cable load 55 W/m
    • „Light model” compatible to 500 V
